Booking & Deposit
To secure your wedding date in my diary, a non-refundable deposit is required. The deposit confirms your booking and ensures your date is safe in my wedding diary.
The deposit amount will be deducted from the final invoice. Your booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
Final Invoice & Payment
Once all items are created, a full and final invoice will be sent via email. Payment of the invoice is required before your order is shipped or collected. Orders will not be dispatched until payment has cleared.
Pricing & Quotes
All quotes are bespoke and based on your requested designs and flower selections. Quotes are valid for 21 days. After this period, prices may be subject to change depending on availability and costs of materials.
Changes & Additions
Any changes to your order should be requested as early as possible. Final numbers and flower selections must be confirmed at least four weeks before the wedding date. While I will always do my best to accommodate late changes, availability of materials cannot be guaranteed, and additional charges may apply.
Cancellations
The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances. If the wedding is cancelled after the deposit is paid, no refund will be issued.
Handmade & Natural Materials
All items are handcrafted and bespoke, using dried flowers. Slight variations in size, colour, or texture may occur due to the natural materials used, making each creation unique.
Collection & Delivery
Items may be collected in person or posted, with any applicable postage fees added. Once the items have been collected or delivered, I cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur during transport.
Iris & Teasel cannot be held liable for delays or inability to provide services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, or supplier issues.
