Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

- Custom made designs and Commissions
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange products, but we will not do the exchange until the item is back at Iris & Teasel.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should post your product to: Iris & Teasel, 8 School Road, Barton Turf, Norwich, Norfolk NR12 8AT
Any cost of returning unwanted items is to be paid for by the customer, except if the item is faulty. We recommend using a insured and tracked service (either by Royal Mail or your own trusted courier) when returning items, as we will be unable to refund any items that are not received
